Dimitri, Fotini and their daughter Lydia visited Meganisi in 2007 for the first time. They loved it at first sight. Soon, they felt like home. Some years later they decided to make it home and they build Villa Lydia.

They could have made just a summer resort for themselves. Their decision to build up a small Family business was based on their wish to share their personal viewpoint and sense of hospitality. In fact, the specific owners offer all the things that they would as guests.

Fotini, the soul of this lovely guesthouse, is a smiley and special person. She is in love with the cleanliness of the rooms, healthy diet and organic products. Every room is decorated with fantastic and special items. The sheets of beds could be nothing less than the quality of Das and the towels of the baths that of Nef- Nef which are changed on a daily basis.

Her welcome to the visitor is not only her broad smile but also a number of goodies like wine, juice, homemade jams, different kinds of honey, fresh fruit, bread with ham and cheese. Even a coffee machine with its capsules is available in the room. Spacious rooms with fully equipped bath, a cozy and very practical kitchen with all the necessary equipment are there for the visitor.

The comforts and the style of a 5 star hotel are accompanied by the peace and the magnificent view of Vathi and his deep blue waters. You may find it odd having a pool around, but Fotini knows well that people during holidays look for and deserve the best!!!
